Journey

I was thinking that there was not enough American hard rock fm on this blog so here is a really famous band coming from the USA: Journey.

First journey means going from one point to another and it's different from a trip.

The band are really famous for the singles: Don't stop believing, Seperate Ways, Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin'.... I'm sure that the pupils who watch "Glee" are familiar with this band as it's Will Schuester's favourite and the Glee club covered a lot of them (such as a big medley during the regionals).

They have just released a new album and it's amazing: pure hard rock in the old school way!

And for the Gleek : the video of the Journey cover at the regionals (hate the way Rachel behave like Mariah Carey...so pathetic and stereotypical)

And for the anti-Glee, they covered My Chemical Romance's Sing

Oh and by the way, Journey will be on tour and they will be at the Rockhal (Esch/Alzette) on July 6th (along with Foreigner but not Styx...that sucks).

what do you mean "next time do it with book titles"?? another one ?? oh nooo !
anyway, yeah i think my hair color looks great ! i was a bit scared that it would look ginger or orange, but it's great !!^^
even if everybody says i'm ginger, i don't care. i think it sutes me ^^
anway, i did this color because green or blue is too difficult to do and doesn't last long (you have to put more color in every week). and also because i was in a really bad period and i wanted to
change to get out of this way of thinking... it worked ^^
i think next color will be black with lots of colored wisps (green, blue, red) but very popy colors... it'll look great !! But for now, i have red hair and i like it ^^

It's spelt Myfanwy, you ynfytyn (fool in Welsh, what a wonderful language isn't it?). And fyi, I said that Daffyd was an inspiration not ME! So stop talking to me like I was the only gay in the
village...that would be a good debate : is Daffyd really gay...I wonder.


So did you enjoy my wonderful exercise about young people in publicity (bunch of morons those who didn't understand that this word didn't exist in that way andis a synonym of commercial
promotion).


And bty, wonderful hair colour and quotation exercise, next time do it with book titles!! trickier!

i understand... but some pupils aren't even interested in their lives y'know... oh and the only good thing (marche ela, because no school) has been cancelled... anyway, don't give up on beeing
funny, because otherwise, it'll get really boring ! i liked the logorama, it's a shame nobody participated in the classroom. we laughed a lot in the corridors or when we're together about your vid
with haribo showing his bottom !!^^ i don't see why they don't participate... can't help you on that one daffyd !^^

That's why I'm funny otherwise I would be really annoyed in the classroom : imagine facing a bunch of veg...pupils sorry and you really think their brains are missing, it's disappointing so why
not having a little (a lot in my opinion) fun.


What is really strange about participation is that you all gave me good sheets but when you all have to speak....no matter how I try, you're always mute. That's a shame because English is a
spoken language...and guess what you might find in "spoken language"....yes spoken!!! and not written. Anyway all the pupils think they're on holidays, but trust me, if nobody does nothing in the
classroom, it's gonna be hell for you : every exercice written and picked up. It'll be boring but that's life and only you (each time I mention you it's the entire class, not YOU particulary
because if the class was made of 20 lauranne it would be hell...hum heaven) are responsible. So tomorrow we are doing a wonderful oral comprehension from the book (I'm already bored but
nevermind...).

it's better to say 'i like going to the cinema" and "i like dancing". that's my dad saying it. oh and i gave agatha the address of the blog, because she's a bit dopy and forgot it or lost it, i

I had to quote one of my favourite character and my inspiration concerning clothes and behaviour (no, just kidding, imagine a teacher like Daffyd Thomas!! Amazing).


Was so disappointed by the reaction that afternoon when the class watched Logorama. I thought it would be fun and there were a lot of things to say. I'm so pissed that the pupils (not only the
3è) think it's already the holidays and get easily bored no matter what you try but nevermind, I saw some of you laughing and that was kinda great.

i know teachers have a life (i went shopping today and saw mr Derboulles^^...creepyy) but some of them i just can't imagine them nice (mr Rossi for example, i was so scared of going into his
classroom in 5e because i thought he was a vampire(:O) did you already talk to him ? well, you must have, otherwise it would be weird... i bet with adults he's nice and friendly and as soon as he's
in front of me, he reveals his real personality (vampiiiire !!!) well, i just told you my year of history terror in 5e... hope that was interesting ^^

Nop, got up early and didn't want to do anything but hang around the internet lol. In fact the whole matter with my essays was a big contest with a friend : write as many Iron Maiden songs as
possible : hard but so funny : imagine an essay about ecology with : we all know that if we are ecological, it's going to be a brave new world and it's a matter of life and death because all
those wasted years are gone and we have to look for the truth...and so on. Speaking of Iron Maiden, during my college years I did a brilliant exam showing how you could be better while listening
to Iron Maiden with many links to literature, ancient culture, stuff like this. Got a 16 I think.


About Mr Rossi, he is the funniest guy in the teachers room. Seriously always joking and definitively not a vampire.


By the way : small mistake except if you're American : you said did you already talk to him...I would have written "have you already talked"...but you don't like present perfect, don't you. Well
being an English teacher sucks in that way : language is always changing : by the way more and more people say : I like to go to the cinema (like Agatha), I like to dance (ad for Chanel 5 with
Nicole Kidman) and WE poor little teachers we always teach : no pupils! it's : I like going to the cinema...What would you say and what would your father say? Like to go or like going? I'm really
interested in the answer.
